Time: Arrive at boat launch at 4:30 pm. Paddles in the water at 5 pm
Meeting Place: Union Bay Boat Launch
Description: This paddle involves a crossing from Union Bay to Tree Island with possibly a paddle around the island
Length of Trip (hours/days): 3-4 hours with a break for dinner or snacks

Other Conditions: As this paddle involves a crossing one must be prepared for variable conditions including wind. Paddlers MUST have completed a self rescue and must have all required safety equipment on board, including a headlamp in case of delays. Sunset is at 9:12. The tide will be incoming for the whole paddle. High tide is approx 5 meters at approx 9:30pm
Notes: The crossing itself is about one hour.
