Destination: Tree Island from Union Bay
Date: Wednesday, July 21st
Time: 5:00 PM, on the water by 5:30 PM
Meeting Place: Union Bay parking lot
Description: Starting at Union Bay parking area, paddle straight across to Tree Island- about 45 minutes. We can rest there and paddle straight back, or go around the island before stopping. Please review the description of a Class 2a paddle. Being comfortable with a self- rescue is essential. The water over there is quite warm, if anyone wants to swim or practice dumping.
