Meeting Place: Royston Beach at the bottom of Royston Rd
Description: We will follow the shoreline heading north. As the tide is rising while we are on the water, we may be able to go through the culvert before heading over to Little Mexico for a break before paddling back to Royston.
Length of Trip: Estimated at 2 hours. May be longer depending on conditions as we will have a full moon that evening.
Maximum: No maximum but we may have to split into two groups if there are lots of us. Each group would then have its own lead and sweep.
NOTES: This trip is subject to weather.
It is expected that all participants will have done a self and/or an assisted rescue and will have a seaworthy kayak with all required safety equipment.
Don’t forget to bring your water and a snack. Looking forward to our evening paddle with all who are interested in joining!
