Destination: Tree Island from Argyle Road
Date: Sunday, August 30th 2020
Time: Arrive 2:00 PM. Paddles in the water by 2:30 PM. Return around 7:30 PM (Sunset is at 8:06 PM)

Meeting Place: End of Argyle Road (note that this isn’t the boat launch area at Union Bay)
Description: 4km paddle across Baynes sound. Tide will be high enough to paddle around the island. People could stay on beach if they don’t want to paddle around. Have picnic supper on Tree island and depart by 6.30pm. Total distance 8 – 12 km.
Length of Trip (hours/days): 5 hours
Maximum People: 6 people, possibly more if people are from same household to a maximum of 10 people. RSVP to Sue to confirm a spot.
Notes: Remember to bring- spare clothes, food , water, swimsuit. Please practice physical distancing with others on the trip who are not in your ‘bubble’.
