Comox Paddler’s Club Trip Coordinator’s Description
Destination:Campbell River Estuary
Date: Wednesday July 15th, 2026
Time: Paddles in the Water at 5:30 p.m. – High Tide of 4.08 meters @ 6:35 p.m.
Meeting Place: Parking lot on Spit Road, Campbell River just north of Jiggers Grill on the left side of the road approximately 1.4 km from Highway 19A
Description: You will have to navigate a narrow, twisty channel with rudders up. You might also have to duck under logs across the channel.
Length of Time: 1.5 to 3 hours – after paddling the channel along the river we return to the launch site. If anyone wishes to continue paddling the channels behind Home Depot I would be happy to do so, you can decide this at the time.
